Player shortcut keys

The following shortcut keys are available in Mediasite MultiView Player when you are viewing a portable on-demand presentation:

Shortcut Keys	Command
Alt+F1	Open the Player Help Menu.
Space bar	Activate selected control. If a control is not selected, use the space bar to play or pause presentation.
Enter	Activate selected control.
L	View links. Links are listed on the Information page, so this shortcut will take you to this page even when links are not available.
Shift+C	View/hide captions.
C	View chapters. Chapters are listed on the Information page, so this shortcut will take you to this page even when chapters are not available.
F	Open search window.
Ctrl+Up Arrow (Ctrl+ ↑)	Increase volume.
Ctrl+Down Arrow (Ctrl+↓)	Decrease volume.
M	Mute/unmute audio.
Up Arrow (↑)	Increase playback speed.
Down Arrow (↓)	Decrease playback speed.
Left Arrow (←)	Skip back 3 seconds in the presentation.
Right Arrow (→)	Fast forward 10 seconds in the presentation.
Ctrl+Alt+Left Arrow (Ctrl+Alt+ ←)	Go to the previous slide.
Ctrl+Alt+ Right Arrow (Ctrl+Alt +→)	Go to the next slide.
[	Jump Back. This will jump the presentation backward by 1% of the presentation length or 10 seconds, whichever is larger.
]	Jump Forward. This will jump the presentation forward by 1% of the presentation length or 10 seconds, whichever is larger.
Shift+[	Jump Back More. This will jump the presentation backward by 10% of the presentation length.
Shift+]	Jump Forward More. This will jump the presentation forward by 10% of the presentation length.
Ctrl+[	Jump Back 30 Seconds.
Ctrl+]	Jump Forward 30 Seconds.
Shift+↑	Increase volume.
Shift+↓	Decrease volume, mute audio.
.	In default view, cycle forward to change the primary content. If you have selected a stream to highlight (display in large frame), cycle forward to change the highlighted content.
,	In default view, cycle backward to change the primary content. If you have selected a stream to highlight (display in large frame), cycle backward to change the highlighted content.
Ctrl+Z	Toggle screen reader view.
1	View stream with priority 1 as a full frame in the Player. Enter again to exit full-frame view.
2	View stream with priority 2 as a full frame in the Player. Enter again to exit full-frame view.
3	View stream with priority 3 as a full frame in the Player. Enter again to exit full-frame view.
4	View stream with priority 4 as a full frame in the Player. Enter again to exit full-frame view.

NOTES:

If a feature is not available in a presentation, the shortcut for it will not work in the player.
The fast forward, jump forward, and jump backward shortcuts are not available as buttons in the player.
When you use the jump forward and jump backward shortcuts, you will skip within the presentation a pre-determined amount-for example, Ctrl+] skips you 30 seconds forward in a presentation. If a chapter point appears before the pre-determined time, using the shortcut will take you to the chapter point instead. So if you use Ctrl+] and there is a chapter point before the 30 second interval, the shortcut will stop there. If you use Ctrl+] again, the shortcut will take you 30 seconds forward from the chapter point.
